The cost to join Peakland is a one-time stock fee of $650 to purchase one share of stock in the pool plus your annual dues. This entitles all members of the household to utilize the pool and facilities. Each new member receives 10 free guest passes. If you ever decide to sell your stock, the purchase price will be reimbursed when your stock is sold. More details about selling stock are available in the “Downloads” section on this page.

2024 Annual Dues
For the 2024 season, the annual dues will be $580.
To keep your dues as low as possible, remember that they must be received by May 1 to avoid the late fee. As an added incentive, if your payment is received by April 1, you will receive 10 free guest passes.
