We are excited to announce that we are launching a new membership management system! This will allow members to pay dues, buy guest passes and check in at the front gate – among many other benefits.

As part of the pre-launch process, we have worked hard to clean our records and import all of your existing account data into the new system. We know that some family data may be incomplete in our records, so we ask that when you first log into the platform to verify the following are correct:

  • family members (children should be listed too!)
  • mailing address
  • phone number
  • email address

Next Steps

In order to help our guards get off to a quick start next year, we’re offering 10 free guest passes to each family that logs in, confirms their information and uploads a photo for each family member by the end of November 18th!! This process should only take a few minutes, and can be completed from your mobile device or personal computer. See screenshots below for how to update photos.

Lastly, please make sure there is an Emergency Contact on file. This allows our guard staff to know who to contact in case of an emergency. To add an emergency contact click the three dots next to Emergency Contact and add name and phone number. Next year we will be issuing invoices for dues and accepting applications for members through Member Splash. This means you’ll need to log in and pay your balance by credit card. This will also enable you to have full access to see any balance due, as well as available guest credits, etc. There are other exciting features we’re looking forward to using next season, so stay tuned!
